  • Extract from the Commercial Register on the incorporation of a limited liability company.
  • Registration of the company for corporate income tax.

Price excludes

  • Payment of the share capital (the client deposits the amount of the share capital into the account using their own funds).
  • Additional charge if the Standard package is selected for the chosen registered office address (according to the price list).
  • Criminal record extract from the home country (only if the executive is not a Czech citizen).
